hello, i want some advice on what type of GPU, RAM, and CPU (motherboard upgrade too if possible) should i use?
my current specs as of now:
Core 2 Duo E4400 2.00GHz
2GB DDR2 RAM
Intel GMA 3100 (Integrated)
275w PSU

Upgrade with that baseline is not really an option. It is replace everyting time.

No worthwhile upgrade from that system, you may be able to keep power cord if that. All parts are custom just for that model. You need whole new PC.

Well for starters it depends on what you're going to use it for. If it's for work and typing and doing documents ect...then you don't need that much of a upgrade. However if it's for gaming then you need a major upgrade. However if you want it for gaming, you should look for a new pc. Trying to put modern gaming hardware into that kind of a case will cause many issues such as major overheating and possibly not enough room for everything. If you want to upgrade to just a work pc the upgrades I'd reccomend are:
CPU: I'd reccomend at least a core i3 if not a i5. Make sure your mother board can support the specific gen and model of cpu you find.
GPU: You don't need a super high end one. GPU's cost a lot of money now days so try to find one with AT LEAST 2GB Vram. This will up your preformance.
RAM: At least 8GB of DDR4 Ram. Make sure your motherboard can support it.
Motherboard: you'll need to upgrade your motherboard to support newer hardware.
Finally make sure you have proper cooling and a decent Power supply to run it all.

That's not upgradable. Either use as is or replace with something much newer.
