I post this because if anyone need help they certainly look at this web site so for an easy access to answer, I want to write the solution from my experince.

I hope no one has to deal with this problem in the future, but if it happens, let me tell you the problem. Long story short, its "power supply" and I replaced my computer with a custom pc to solve this problem.

Here is the problem: "I bought an Dell Vostro 3910MT and RTX a2000 GPU. I thought it will work because gpu doesnt need any extra power. But I was wrong. Because pc coming with 180W Psu. And I learned that I needed at least 300W psu.

Yeah I know, I suppose to look at the computer psu before buying the pc its my mistake. After all we are just human, we make mistakes :) and here is the Dell's mistake. Dell makes a special psu for this pc. You can google it with the "Dell Vostro 3910MT Psu" If you want to change the psu, and if you live in a country that doesn't have easy access to amazon, ebay or anything like that, I hope god help you. Because you cannot find original Dell PSU, you can contact your local Dell support for PSU. In my county they ask for 4 weeks delivery and they ask 110$+taxes. That is unbelievable for a 300W psu. So what can you do? You can find sfx psu "small psu" and you can replace the original psu with an oem psu. And for that you need to find a "24 pin to 8 pin ATX converter cable" Even with that it will not be easy to change to a psu. Because pc is too smal. And if you want to do that, I suggest you buy a moduler psu for easy cable management. You can find videos on YouTube on how to change. So in the future, I would never buy a pre-built pc like this. No matter what brand. Because they make it impossible to change pc parts. You cannot change psu, motherboard, cooler, in 2024 you should change your pc parts easyl. This was a soooo stressful, expensive and long experience for me. But I'm a guy who can always see the good parts of the problems. I gained a lot of experience about computers. And I'm serious about it, I'm not joking. Yes, this is the story of me against Dell. This story should stay in the dusty pages of Internet. And if you are in the same stituion and reading this post, you are not alone, I was there :)

Even if you change the power supply it might not work. Some dell boards are limited well below the 75 watts for a PCI-E slot.

Yes, it could be. But when I look at docs for vostro 3910MT, it says this pc can run GTX 1660 Super. And this GPU needs more than 75W.

a 1660 super has a PCI-E power connector the card you have don't. Your card gets all the power from the motherboard. (needs 70 watts from the specks)

EDIT 1660 super.
TDP 125 Watt
Suggested PSU 300 Watt

Yeah I'm sorry for my english. I tried to say, DELL says this computer can run with GTX1660 Super. And I touhght an rtx a2000 wouldnt be a problem. Because rtx a2000 doesnt need extra power connector like GTX 1660 SUPER. But the thing that DELL didn't tell me that I have to pay 110$+taxes extra for for this.
