Dell T3500 for $100? Problems?

Hey guys, so I found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Dell-Precision-WS-T3500-Xeon-W3565-3-20GHz-12-GB-RAM-250GB-HDD-NO-OS-BOOTS-/191832879343?hash=item2caa2170ef:g:FKQAAOSwHxVW8WVN

It has W3565 which is quad core with HT and according to benchmarks it is not that bad: http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=Intel+Xeon+W3565+%40+3.20GHz

Essentially, I am paying $110 for quad core + HT CPU, motherboard, case, PSU, 250GB HDD, and 12 GB RAM.

Are there any problems with this? I mean... it looks like too good of a deal. Any overheating issues (IT guys out there, I know you worked with them T3500's and T5500's so could you tell me about them and the problems).

It will be used for gaming and mild multi-tasking and video editing so $110 for the Dell plus $110 for GTX 750 Ti makes a great cheap gaming PC (will be used with Steam OS).

Any problems you see with this?

Solution
1. depends on what you have one of my builds was a used dell t3500 mobo and a xeon x5677 with a gtx 750ti. it works VERY well for what i got it for.

next the mobo is large and has no rhyme or reason to screw holes making it a bit of a pain for custom builds but not too difficult. The psu for the dell t3500 is NOT proprietary i have a normal unmoded psu in mine.

2. their is no way to get one for socket 2011 you will spend a good portion of your budget on one. for my build i got a evga srx broken of ebay for $50 and fixed it up

3.i have never had a dell server or workstation psu die. (i have had their desktop ones die)

That's true.

You think it's a good way to do PC gaming in general?

$100 for the Dell + $100 for 750 Ti + monitor and you are set.

Any problems with chipset drivers, CPU lagging behind, or PSU failing?
