Greetings,
i bought this laptop second hand. 1080p model with i5 7300hq and gtx 1050, 8 gb ram, 512 ssd (99%, SP a55)
previous owner told me he had underclocked cpu for better battery

here are the issues i face:
windows explorer.exe slowly keeps taking more ram until it tops at 4000mb as shown by task manager, then i restart it. it is really weird, cpu usage is usually under 1 percent.
I often see "antimalware service executable" and "system interrupts" in task manager

download fh4 and it gave me low streaming bandwith error

when i play pes 21 the game occasionally stutters

downloaded project cars 1, as shown in the picture fps sits at 25-33, on low graphics settings 1080p. From what i have seen on youtube it should be giving me at least stable 60 fps on that.

I think the issue is hardware related, checked ssd but it is working fine.

Also, when the laptop is newly turned on windows explorer doesn't work, it says 'working on it' for at least 8 minutes. Then it starts working normally.

everyday browsing and office work is fine though.

thanks in advance

Solution
Thank's for the suggestion guys,

The issue was solved by doing the following: I opened up the laptop, took out rams, blew on them, though they weren't dirty, and I disconnected the battery, held power on button for few second and reconnected.
boom, the issues was more or less resolved, even the ui is faster.
But during 10 minute gaming session i saw occasional framedrops (which shouldn't happen even at 8gb ram, game was using under 5.5gb), cpu reached 88c though i dropped in other parts of the map (in project cars) and gpu 75c. I guess i need a new thermal paste and preferably new ram sticks (already running in dual channel)
laptop battery lasts just 2 hours and most of the time i have it connected to the charger maybe that...

FH4 and Project Cars consume alot of memory, i played FH4 and it easily fill my ram at 4-5GBs, the game is just that big, and what causes the stutters? the game started to consume the pagefile on your ram. my friend have a Ryzen 7 3750H + 1650 laptop and it stutters alot, always complaining when we're about to race. i advice him to add another 8 gigs of ram (since his stock ram is 1 stick 8gb of ddr4 which is bad performer espescially for ryzen), dual channel 2x8gbs, and he ended up getting much more stable FPS in every game, he felt like he should've done earlier if the performance increase is that much.

So do 2x8gbs on your laptop and you should be fine. dual channel + 16gbs of ram is pretty much a sweetspot for today, also 4 cores 4 thread is pretty much obselete for today gaming, so squeeze the juice out of your cpu to the max.
