Hi,
Having a problem with the above printer. Had it for several years now then
all of a sudden I get a shadow on everything I print!
Updated drivers, tried alternative cartridges etc but it still prints out
everything with a 'pale blue shadow'. At the point where a new printer seems
the only option - unless anyone here knows otherwise?
Would be a shame too as this printer has been the best I've had by a long
way.

Hello, Huds,

before you throw it in the garbage bin, check it on another PC first.
Often, it's just a simple changed setting you can't even rember you did,
and the hardware works well on another machine.

Also, make sure all contacts behind the ink cardridges are cleaned (use a
smooth towel).
