I cannot open any icons on my desktop.

I would love to help you while I wait for a reply on my post, however that is really hard to help with.

Without any real information my first suggestion would be to right click and select open.

try running the microsoft fix it tool, without knowing your operating system you will have to do most of the work with this link.

you could also try booting your computer in safe mode with networking.


Also have you made any changes, or can you click the start menu?

if that doesnt work, can you please give me some more information?
