Question Desktop pc make these random beeping noises when i play any sort of audio.

The beep comes around every 5-6-7 seconds and lasts about half a second or so. Anyone who knows what it can be? Have updated everything and went through troubleshooting with no sucess.

Im only using the recomended from the ASUS website. The beeps are coming from inside the case.

The beeps may be combination of long and short beeps.

I have,

ASUS TUF Z390
i7-9700K
ASUS Strix 2070 Super
HyperX 16GB 3200mhz
Dark rock pro 4 cooler
And some ssd's and one hdd

The beeps are very inconsistent, no specific pattern

The beeps may be those that occur when there is an error of some sort. For example trying to close a configuration window before closing some property window or other window therein. Or some inapplicable key press.

Open Reliability History and Event Viewer.

Look for error codes and warnings, even informational events for that matter, that are being logged.

Especially any log entries that began appearing when the beeping began.

i got 2 ssd's. one 120gb for windows etc and one 500gb for games etc.
Checked both Reliability History and Event Viewer, but could not see anything that i know is wrong,

The beeps only happen inside the pc case when im playing any sort of audio, watching youtube or listening to music.

There are no beeps when posting into windows etc.

16,4 being 16.4: you use a comma instead of a period to indicate the fractional part if I understand correctly.

That said, I believe that the 120 SSD is too full. I prefer to limit drive usage to no more than 70-80%.

You drive is at roughly 86% full.

And that may be causing other issues that result in beep codes.

Run Task Manager and Resource Monitor and observe drive activity and performance. (Run both but only one at a time.)

Get a sense of what apps, services, and processes are writing and reading to the 120 GB SSD.

Has Windows Disk Cleanup ever been run on the drive?

I have now testet the pc without my old SSD's and i can still hear the beeps, must be coming from my motherboard somehow ;(

Is there a pattern to the beeps?

Verify that I have found the correct User Guide.

See physically numbered Page 1-15 and the bulleted reference to the system speaker. Listen accordingly.

Then look for any and all LED's that may or may not be lit per the User Guide.

The objective being to learn more about what the continuing beeps may mean.

Okay, so i cant find any specific pattern to the beeps, but here is the strange part. When i put the desktop on the floor, it beeps, when its on the table, it dont beeps.
