I run Windows XP2000.
Every time I turn the computer on I get a window that pops up ref Norton
Antivirus, I've been in and disabled it , that hasn't made any difference it
still pops up.
Can anybody please help?

Do you have Norton Antivirus or any other Norton application installed on
your system? Have you checked the Symantec Website and/or their tech
support for help with this issue, www.symantec.com.

NOTE: it helps to have the entire message as "A window pops up ref Norton
Antivirus" tells us nothing.

XP2000??? No such thing. You either have Windows 2000 or XP Pro or XP HE.
