Dialog Boxes Too Small

After a complete re-install of XP Pro and all my programs,
hardware and computer settings, several of the dialog
boxes are too small to show the complete set of buttons
and selections. For instance, I can't select photo paper
in my HP printer as the selection is out of sight behind
the right edge of the box. Is there a way to resize these
boxes.

Are you using a setting other than "normal (96 DPI)" in Display Properties>

Large fonts in Display> Appearance? Or using accessibility options?

The reason I ask, some windows are hard coded in size. They do not resize
to accommodate the preferred font size. Text and buttons will be cut off.
There is no way to fix this except returning to default settings. Not
always desirable. With the popular increase in the size of monitors, text
gets smaller and smaller. It's not user friendly if adjusting settings for
readability renders interactive windows useless.

Would suggest writing tech support for the printer to inform them about
this inconvenience as well.

Changing to thedefault setting fixed it, thank you very
much. I had tried all sorts of combinations but missed
that one. I appreciate your help, jmh
