All of the happ joysticks are overpriced. I don't know why people buy
that stuff when a reconditioned joystick *cough* gimbal*cough* wont
nearly be that expensive.

Yeah, the guys at happ along with two bit got the idea from Bob Roberts.
You can find the same item on Bob's site for far less.

Betson sells them for $25-$30 minus the adapter plate.

The adapter plate is what they are charging dearly for, not the stick. You
can purchase the stick alone without the plate for 23.84 part#50-6084-1125R

or I can get them to you for 20.00 plus shipping.

I am in the process of having the plates made....holes punched and
powder coated black. I know they are made by a few places, but mine
will be cheaper....

I would consider the market before spending any money on these. Bob not
only sells them for a reasonable price, but he's gone through a few mfg runs
already. How many more plates can the market absorb? My guess is not
enough for you to produce them in any quantity that would allow you to
undercut his price. Good luck.
