Question Did I mess up with RAM clearance?

Parts ordered and on the way apart from the cooler which I have.
It’s a dark rock pro 4 and I think I messed up with my cooler clearance for my ram, still waiting on parts but I think I’ve over looked this.
I’m getting a dark rock pro 4 with Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro (2x8).
I completely overlooked this but think I may have messed up.
Dark rock pro 4 I think has 40mm clearance and my ram is 51mm height.
Did I mess up?

The cooler actually has slightly more clearance than 40mm, but I don't think it's 50mm. You will probably run into a problem with this setup, unless your RAM slots are really far away from the CPU socket.
