What is the difference between the Ceton InfiniTV and Hauppauge 2250 ?

The Ceton canuse a cable card I see... but what is the advantage / disadvantage of not having a cable card?

I see some people mentioning running both why would someone do this if they are both TV Tuner cards ?

Second, InfiniTV is a quad tuner vs. the dual-tuner 2250. So you can watch and record up to 4 HD shows with...
