Difference between these two 670s?

Is it just that one has dual fans? They're the same price with the rebate, so should I go with the dual fan then?

Oh shoot, put this is in the wrong forum. Well both these cards are factory overclocked, so I guess it's OK.

looks like the one with the 2 fans is the newer model. doesnt seem like much else is changed! better cooling i would guess.
