1:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600

ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING

HyperX Fury DDR4 2666MHz 8GB

Kingston A1000 240GB M.2 SSD

Phanteks Eclipse P400S

Corsair TX550M 550W PSU

MSI GeForce GTX 1060 6GB ARMOR OC

2:
Svive Luna S100 W Midi Tower

Cooler Master B500 V2

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Processor

ASUS EX-A320M-GAMING, Socket-AM4

Crucial DDR4 2400MHz 8GB

Gainward GeForce GTX 1060 3GB

Kingston A1000 240GB M.2 SSD

The 2nd one is cheaper and the only difference between the 2 that I can tell is that the 1st one has the 6GB GPU.
Which one should I go for? There's a 60 dollar price difference.

Solution
Definitely the first one.
You'll have a better motherboard that allows OCing (on the 2nd you cannot OC) + more features(slots, ports), higher frequency memory which works really well with ryzen chips(in games mainly), 6 gb version of the GTX 1060 is slightly faster(higher shader count) and the PSU is far better on the first one.
It's worth the price premium.

What about the memory/ RAM solution? I heard it was a bit weak, but do you think its good enough?

It will be ok.... going with let's say DDR4-3200 you'll gain somewhere around 0-5% in games.

Thanks for the help. This build is the cheapest one in my country with a GTX 1060 6GB, so if you think it's good enough, then I'll go for it. This is my first build, so I'm hoping it's somewhat easy to build
