Model - Sony Vaio SVE171E13W
Processor - i7-3rd GEN
Installed RAM - 4 GB (DDR3)
Graphics: AMD Radeon™ HD 7650M

When I try to enter into BIOS, it displays nothing on the screen. Just the blank screen, but when I attached the laptop to an external display, it showed BIOS menu with extremely dim display.
When I boot into my Linux, the display works fine.

Is something wrong with my GPU?

Can you see if the laptop has any BIOS updates pending? I don't think there's an issue with your iGPU/discrete GPU/hybrid GPU, if there was you would've seen artifacting on the laptop's panel as well as the external panel.
I have the latest bios.
One thing I can't understand is why the display is dim in BIOS and works fine when I boot into Linux?
