DirectX 12 with the GTX 460

I was checking the specs on the GTX 460 and found here where nVidia says it supports DirectX 12

Is this true?

By supporting it means basically the shell of DX12 with none of the actual full fat features, we need true DX12 GPU's for that.

Hardware wise they should be capable. Though i don't really sure the state for nvidia DX12 driver for Fermi.

The article didn't really explain much but just being able to run dx12 gets you the low level programming that matters. There are no gpus that fully support all dx12 features but they are things that are under the hood and won't matter. My 560ti driver isn't up to date and I should update to check if it says 12. I think it was released with 364 along with vulcan support.
