Question Disable multi threading (SMT) in AMD BIOS

I'm attempting to disable multi threading in my BIOS.
For AMD based CPUs this is known as SMT
For Intel its called HyperThreading.

But when I go into BIOS > CPU Configuration Advanced
There is no option for SMT. Just SVM and NX modes.

Can any AMD experts help?
