Question Disabling iGPU, screen went black, can't get full RAM speed back

I wanted to disable my iGPU so I went in BIOS to do so. After doing it, screen went black and I couldn't get a signal. Monitor was connected to my 7800XT. Cleared CMOS and got a signal. Went back in and put on PBO again since BIOS settings were reset, and also enabled the RAM to run at full speed.

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600
CPU cooler: Thermalright Assassin King SE ARGB
Motherboard: ASRock B650M Pro RS WiFi
Ram: GSkill TridentZ5 DDR5-6000 CL30
SSD/HDD: 2TB 980 PRO
GPU: 7800XT
PSU: Corsair RM850
Chassis: Montech Air 100
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Acer Nitro XV272U
BIOS: 1.28

Brand new build, maybe a month old.

Task manager says RAM is at 4800.

CPU-Z is saying its running at 2393mhz.

I tried setting the RAM speed again and it just won't work. PC takes a while to come back even after just exiting the BIOS. What the hell is going on? All these issues started after attempting to disable the iGPU and having to clear the CMOS.

When I go into BIOS, it tells me the RAM is on DDR5-6000, yet windows and task manager say otherwise. Brand new PC build btw, like 2-3 weeks old. Everything went smoothly when enabling the RAM's max speed the first time. How can I get the RAM speed back to max?

I disabled the iGPU by doing Advanced > AMD CBS > NBIO Common Options > GFX Configuration > iGPU Configuration > Set to disabled

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Ok do it again, no reason to disable IGP because all modern boards auto default to discrete GPU when installed.
CPU-Z will always show half the speed (actual) not the effective (dual data rate)
yep that 3000 means 6000.

So is task manager giving a false reading by showing 4800? The RAM is actually running at its overclocked speed?
