I exchanged hard drive,but same thing?

After replacing the HDD you need to reinstall the OS on it, HDDs come empty from the manufacturer. They do not have any OS installed on them. You need to get into BIOS, select your CD (or DVD)ROM as first booting device, and boot while the OS disk is in that drive. It should boot from the DVD and take you through the installation wizard.
