[SOLVED] Disk Usage 100% (I have tried common solutions)

Hello, so my computer one day randomly started to get the 100% disk usage error, and I have no idea why. I have tried the common solutions (disabling windows search, superfetch, increasing virtual memory, chkdsk.exe command and the StorAHCI driver). I have also tried formatting my pc and using HDtune as I was told it could detect physical damage in the hard drive, but it detected nothing.

My HD is this one: HD Seagate Barracuda ST3000DM001 3TB 7200 RPM 64MB SATA III

(the reason it appears at 50% on the general task manager tab is because I have two HDs, it seems windows sums them)

I would start with a Defender + Malwarebyte scan.

tried this? https://www.seagate.com/au/en/support/downloads/seatools/seatools-win-master/ - run the scans on drive, see if its not reason
I would have thought sata drives be on sata controller
