Display blank on startup.

My computer's fans and lights turn on,my mobo,a ASUS H170 Pro seems to not have a speaker,neither my case which is a NZXT 410 Phantom(what a nice combo)so I wont know if my RAM was faulty,i tested the PSU with the clip abd it powered on,I built this PC a week ago and everything worked,it even booted on the first try,the single thing I overclocked was the GPU,a GIGABYTE GTX 1060 OC Windforce 3G ,it might just be the screen,a Acer V226HQL,I get the Acer and Energy star logos but then I get the No Signal for a second and it all goes blank,I did open the PC to clean it from dust(a bit early tho)I took everything out of the case,cleabed it and then put it back in,turned it on to check if it worked and so I got this issue,thanks for the help in advance.

does the videocard need extra power & if so is it connected to the psu by a cable? try taking the videocard out & use the onboard video to see if the bios post on the screen.

if you got a display and then it went blank, you'll probably need to change the setting in your BIOS to switch to PCIe video from onboard.

I solved the issue,just had to connect the DVI into the GPU instead of connecting it into the mobo,I also had to reseat the 24-pin power connector and that was it,I'm so dumb I wonder how I made it work in the first place...
