Specs - GPU: Radeon HD 7870, Motherboard: Gigabyte GAZ77XUD3H

One morning my monitors suddenly stopped getting signal from my GPU, so I logged into my PC with TeamViewer to see what was going on. My monitors are not broken and furthermore it turns out that my GPU was no longer detected (been working fine for two years). But it doesn't stop there - I tried to plug my monitors into my motherboard after I unplugged the GPU, and the onboard graphics aren't working either. I tried reseating my RAM, did nothing. My guess is that it wasn't the GPU in the first place. Can anyone else take a guess?

Solution
drivers do not run till windows starts loading & if you are not seeing a post screen then the problem is not software but hardware as in bad videocard.
try clearing the cmos as have found that to work sometimes to kickstart a stubborn system. try another psu even a borrowed 1 with all the drive cables disconnected to see if computer displays post screen or not. how many sticks of ram?
