Question Display not working after turning the PC off and on ?

Idk what happened. I have no clue what could've caused it. All I did was turn my computer off and turn it back on again. Didn't move anything. Didn't do anything more or less, After about 2 weeks it's still giving me no display, the computer powers up. And it seems to stay on for 1 minute and 30 seconds sometimes less. when it powers up, there is a few times where fan speeds will be slower and less noisy which (for my pc) meant that it would start working like normal.

I've tried:

• Taking out the power supply & switching the power supply.
• Switching the CPU.
• Turning off the motherboard for a while.
• Unplugging the motherboard for a few days.
• Switching The GPU.
• Re-seating the GPU.

the specs are as follows.

Dell Optiplex 7010 Motherboard (Tower)
Nvidia GTX 970 + 650. (currently the GTX 650 is plugged in)
Xeon 1275 v2 Server CPU
24 GB DDR3 RAM (8x2, 4x2)
Case Gears BKS580 580 Watt PSU

Can someone help me? A few ideas that might fix this problem?

Sounds like MoBo is toast.

Most likely killed by the crap quality PSU you're using. BKS580 has many brands that sell it. Case Gears is one, Sunbeam is another. On top of that, the PSU is ancient, released way back in 2006. Also, it doesn't help that it has only one +12V rail, rated at 25A, which means the PSU in actuality is 300W unit, and not 580W (it is given that cheap, no-name PSUs, often lie about the max wattage). Your two GPUs and CPU combined, total at 290W alone. Way too much for 300W unit to handle.

So, look towards new LGA1155 MoBo + don't cheap out on PSU this time. Instead, get good quality unit, like Seasonic Focus/PRIME or Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi.

Damn Bro, but by Nvidia Gtx 650 + 970 I meant that I would switch between them to see if It would work. I don't actually use both together since they aren't really compatible with each other. But the info is nice to know. Thanks for telling.

Really gotta swap out that PSU, as noted it's literal junk. It could be the direct cause of the problem or an indirect one (by damaging other components). Even if it's not directly causing issues here, it's hard to troubleshoot a PC when there's a PSU like this in the mix.
