display nothing in gaming

hi i have sparkle gtx 460. my moniter does not show anything when power is cut or low voltage while playing games . is ups has any role in this problem i have microtek ups.....
But problem persist only in gaming not in other works like watching movies etc....
please answer me .............
i have psu 450 watts

Usually we do nothing when we have load shedding, we just shutdown the PC. But its different in your case you do play games, watch movies etc. Yes it could be the UPS not delivering enough power to display the monitor, as well as the PSU. So it will be better if you just shut down the PC in power failure situation. And I think its a Frontech or something PSU ?
