I wanted to verify that the DisplayPort link between my DisplayPort connected monitors and my video card is a DisplayPort 1.2 link. Is there a utility that would display that info? I didn't see anything in the "AMD VISION Engine Control Center", but Dell tells me (via chat) that the monitors are DisplayPort 1.2 compliant, and the video card specs list it as being a 1.2 product.

Thank you for your time and help.

My config:
- Video Card: HIS 7770 IceQ X 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E DVI/HDMI/2xMini DP (A AMD Radeon HD7700 Series Video Card)
- Monitors:
* 2 Dell UltraSharp U2412M (connected via DisplayPort)
* 1 Dell 1707FP (connected via DVI-D)
* 1 Mitsubishi HC3800 projector (connected via HDMI)

Running AMD Catalyst version 12.10.

Good question. I guess I wanted to know because:
1.] I wanted to verify that the monitors I got are DP 1.2 compliant because it doesn't explicitly say so on vendor's web site in the monitor specs section. (It says "1 DisplayPort(DP)" but doesn't say which rev.)
URL: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=320-2676

2.] I have 30 feet of DP cable between my PC and each of my displays. Two 15' cables joined by a miniDP to miniDP coupler. One of the monitors flickers. I suspect that it could be that one of the couplers (or one of the cables) is faulty, but it could also be a cable length issue. DP 1.2 is supposed to support longer cable lengths so if I could verify the existence of a 1.2 link I felt that I could safely rule out the issue being associated with a cable that is possibly too long (I think DP 1.1 cable lengths are good for 2m to 3m only). The miniDP to miniDP coupler and 15' cables are from Monoprice.

So, any help is appreciated.
