Question Displays crashing pc stays on during high graphical stress

Trying to open a game like cod or halo crashes my displays (they go black) pc stays on. I played valorant and was at 40% gpu usage 70% cpu and 40-55 degrees gpu until the end of a round (where the final kill animation happens) causing graphical stress and the crash happened. I did power and gpu stress testing and it crashes instantly. It was previously allowing me to use displays until the crash happened now I can turn the pc on but displays won’t turn on

Solutions tried
1. Scan all windows files

2.delete drivers and perform clean install

3. Shut off gsync

4.bought new 700w gold power supply stress test lasted one minute then crashed

5. Un plugged and replugged 3070

6. Use only one display at a time also rearrange where they are plugged in

Doesn’t seem to be a temperature or power supply issue is it most likely a hardware issue with the card?


System = intel i7 9700f, RTX 3070 , gigabyte p650b bronze . Not sure the motherboard and can’t use pc to check. This was an abs prebuilt bought from newegg almost exactly 3 years ago

Do you have another pcie x16 slot you can try? Do you have a friend with a pc that you can try your gpu on?
