Distorted sound Windows 7

As the title says, my computer makes distorted sounds when I play games or play it on spotify. The wierd part is that it works better and is almost normal sound when I use discord(main communication device) but the main audio itself has really distorted sound. The sound is normal after I reinstalled the drivers for my graphics card but after I started a game the distorted sound came back. I've had recent problems with my harddrive too if this is of any help and the graphic card is brand new.

Could be your motherboard as well. Reinstall sound drivers.
