Screencap: a picture of exactly what you're seeing.
A capture of your screen.

Win10 has a Snipping tool. I use it daily.
Capture a window or area.
Save than as a jpg or png.
Upload to imgur.com.
Post the link here.

For instance, this is a partial screen of my Macrium Reflect window.

I use Macrium for this all the time.
Given a fully functioning source drive and the OS, and a fully functioning target...it generally works.

What specific drives are involved?
What motherboard?
What specific error message in Macrium?

For most of the new drives I've bought, it usually comes with a license for Acronis True Image OEM and they do work, for the most part.... There are situations where it's necessary to select manual cloning to tweak the destination partitions, especially if the destination drive is larger than the source.
