Do either of these look like good cards?

I was a little disappointed a few months ago, when I upgraded my motherboard and cpu (amd fx 6350 6 core), because my performance didn't really increase all that much.

Anyways, I was wondering what's a good card, between the price range of $100-$280(if really good can be slightly above).

I'm not even sure if 2GB is a good size for a graphics card, also, I only buy AMD. I've had bad experiences in the past with Nvidia, so yeah.

I'd like to be able to run Battlefield 4 on high/ultra, and I guess for this game ground forces smoothly too :)

Here are two cards I found newegg.
The first one, option A, is open box, but it does save me $120. I do trust Newegg's open box, as I recently bought a Razer Tiamat 7.1 headset, and nothing was missing. The customer Q&A for option A says the box wasn't even tampered with.

Thank you. :)

Well, I do agree that Sapphire is great. But, I still do have limited cash and would like to have money to buy some games afterwards. It does have a 4 free games thing from AMD, but I already have most of those games and aren't interested in the others...

Option A also may not be used, and someone said in the Q&A that it was not tampered with.

I just wonder if powercolor is a good brand, and how big the hardware difference is.
