[SOLVED] Do I have PCIe x16 or x4?

I'm kinda just confused. HWiNFO is telling me that I have x4 PCIe lanes even though my motherboard manual is saying that I have x16. Maybe I'm misreading this? Maybe x4 @ x4 means x16? I'm not well educated on this. Please enlighten me!

Your CARD is only an x4 device. Just because you have an x16 motherboard, doesn't change the card. It is an x4 device based on your screen capture.
