Question Do I Need a New Motherboard?

So I just put a new wifi card into my pc. Now when I turn my pc on, I get no display on both monitors and my keyboard and mouse don't turn on. All my fans, ram sticks, and gpu lights turn on. I even tried putting the old wifi card back in and still nothing happens. Is there an easy fix to this or did I ruin my motherboard? Everything was working fine before replacing.

Put new card back in, try a CMOS reset.

CMOS reset didn't seem to work. Even tried taking out the battery

It was powered down when I put in the new card. I turned everything back on and everything worked fine. Wifi connected for a second then disconnect and I couldn't get it back so I unplugged the usb on the wifi card and reconnected it quick and hit the reset button without turning off the pc before hand. I then noticed the no signal when it came back on. Not sure if I lost signal when I unplugged the usb or after it restarted

Sounds like you shorted your motherboard.

What are the specs for this system (make and model of all installed components)?
