do I need ant spyware too?

I am using Frontier for everything i am running Windows XP do i need anything else? Ron IL.

Windows own Defender software should be running in the background in an up-to-date XP system so you shouldn't have too many problems. The biggest threat at the moment is Scamware and because it comes in plain English text and just says "come and look at our wonderful website and give us a £100/$150" or whatever, no anti-malware utility can spot it at the point of entry.
