Do I need to get another cooler?

I have a old cooler from a Lenovo think centre m81 5032 and I'm building a new 900 gaming pc so I just want to know if I need to get another one or if I can just use that one

The new CPU I'm getting is a AMD Ryzen 5 1500X

Coolers are designed to fit specific sockets. I doubt the two MoBos are using the same socket. It may work if the cooler vendor has a kit which provides an adapter for the new socket
