[SOLVED] Do I need to wipe my HDD and SSD before adding them to new PC build?

I am currently in the process of building a new computer and was wondering if I could use my SSD and HDD from my previous computer on my new build. I have a new copy of windows to install on the new build so I was thinking that the windows that is installed on my current SSD would interfere with the new builds windows install. Should I just wipe both drives and then re download everything once I setup the new computer?

You boot from your Win 10 install media (USB or DVD), and wipe the drive in the process of the install.
And have ONLY that one drive connected when you do this install.
Connect other ones later.
