Question Do My HWMONITOR Results Look Okay?

Here are my Hardware Monitor results while playing CS:GO in windowed mode, 1280x720. Do they look normal? I've had input lag problems for 3 months.

Hmmm, i'm not sure then. I've had input lag for 3 months across windows 7, 8.1, and 10. Replaced CPU with i5 6600, still had it. Replaced mobo, still had it. My benchmarks are fine, can I have a faulty gpu but still get good benchmarks? I'm getting a 970.

Sometimes, yes, benchmarks can be awesome , but gameplay can have issues. They are too different scenarios. Benchmarks are controlled. Gaming is not.

So it's possible my graphics card is faulty? It's either that or my RAM considering i've tried parts of each except for GPU and RAM.

Possible but not likely in my opinion. Most of the time they won't find anything wrong with the cards.

So what could possibly be going on? It can't be a setting seeing as i've went across 3 windows versions. It can't be bios since I got a new motherboard. I always have VSYNC off. I need to figure out what's happening, I still have a 970 coming just in case.

What's with the 'windowed mode' vice full screen?

If playing in Windowed mode, are you not limited to whatever your refresh rate is? might as well turn VSync on...

And, if/when running successfully at 300 fps, this can overwhelm some folks' internet connection, or, the server they are connected to.... (What does your ping to Google . com run in milliseconds? what are your upload/download results of speedtest . net?)

My ping to google is minimum 22 maximum 26.

My speedtest showed a ping of 11 with 180.12 download and 5.84 upload.
