Everything you have will work. I’d recommend getting a good tried and true case and I wouldn’t use less than a 280mm AIO for a 9900k. EVGA has the best cooling with theirs, check gamersnexus. I have one and it runs like a dream overclocked to 5.0. I’d recommend spending more for a better motherboard but that one is fine if that is what you wanna go with.

If you go with the 3700X with the bundled in cooler (more than sufficient for a 65w cpu), you can get a 2080ti
