My drivers are up to date but when i click on Nvdia control panel this shows up:

It seems that GPU driver is not installed correctly. Use DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html to uninstall driver and install appropriate driver from Nvidia site.
Can't tell you more as you didn't state which GPU and OS you have.

Thanks for the response! Im using a GTX 760 3x windforce edition and a windows 10 64bitI
I already use DDU to uninstall the last driver then install the new gpu drivers for my gtx 760

Is your W10 up to date (at least 1903) ?
Run system tests and repair first. In Command prompt (admin) run these twi lines one by one:
sfc /scannow
dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /ResetBase
