Question do you see any problems with this build?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Powercolor 7800xt, asus rog strix 670E-E, Ryzen 7 9700x,Corsair 4000D, and peerless cooler
You might want to pass on a PC PartPicker link, your location, your budget for the build, the purpose of the build and perhaps your preferred site for purchase. Essentially info asked of in this thread;
to make sure you're treading down the right path for your build. We come across a lot of people who misinterpret parts and then are left wondering why they aren't compatible in spite of them being told that they were.

Presumably, based on the chipset listed, you might have need to update BIOS for the 9xxx. I further assume, because I didn't check, that the chipset listed is going to be native to the 7xxx series. edit- verified that you will need a BIOS update to run the 9700.

Does the motherboard have a BIOS flash function separate of having the CPU installed?

That cpu cooler includes a small tube of decent thermal paste as does this one.
