Question Audio problems on every headset that I try out, what could be the issue here? I don't even know where to post this anymore.

I bought stinger 2 cores recently, tried them out, audio was so low, I returned them and got logitech g432 thinking the headset was the issue, but same thing happens again.
I noticed when i unplug the usb port and plug it back in a couple of times, i get the "real audio" levels on youtube, until i refresh the page, once i do, its back to low volume levels.
It's also represented in volume mixer, the audio never crosses half, which isnt how it's supposed to be. I tried different USB ports as well, all of them do the same thing, if i plug the headset in a few times, i get the "real audio" levels until i refresh the page. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I'm sorry if it's vague, i'm not sure how else to explain it, I can provide any further information necessary.

Have you checked "Sound Settings"?
Yes of course i have, i have checked everything possible, from the sound settings, to my bios, not having logitech g hub and the newest drivers improves the volume levels, but it also makes it sound worse overall, im not sure why are they so quiet.

Check Settings > Accessibility > Audio

There are other settings there.
I have checked everything, everything is on a 100%, i even tried disalinb audo enhancing effects, to no help. Do you have any suggestions as to what this could be?

Time for the "big picture" look.

Not just a matter of configuration....

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, how full?

List all attached peripherals. What other USB devices (if any) are connected?

Knowns:

The headsets can and do work at full volume: 1) On other systems/audio devices, 2) When first plugged into a USB port and continue to work until a page refresh. Verify.

Overall establishes that headsets are working provided that I have correctly understood the posts thus far.

Page refresh: that is curious. What browser(s) are you using? Does the problem occur with all browsers?

If you disable or uninstall G-Hub does the problem end?

Try running "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to find and fix buggy or corrupted Windows files.

Intel I5 13th gen 13600KF
Asrock B660M-HDV
32 GB of 3200 Mhz RAM
Xilence 750 W Performance PSU(brand new, this is a pre built pc, bought it a year and a half ago)
1 TB SSD Kingston, i have 650 GB of free space on it
Everything that I use is connected via usb, my mouse, keyboard and headset.
I have a very cheap mouse and keyboard at the moment, one is white shark, and the keyboard is, im not even sure. Headset that I have is Logitech G432, bought it yesterday.

The headset seems to be working at full volume once I plug it in a USB port a few times, then the volume increases, but if i refresh the page/open a new page/do anything else, the audio is the exact same, it's only increased on the first page mentioned.

I only ever use chrome, i never tried any other browser, and i'm certain its not a browser related issue-

I have uninstalled G hub yesterday, and the problem does seem to go away, but then i do not have the EQ settings available, or the newest drivers. I think the problem could be related to the 7.1 surround sound that the headset comes with, without the newest drivers, the headsets cant produce 7.1 surround, so they work on stereo, which sounds better. If i was to update it it would sound more quiter, but it would have the 7.1 surround sound i suppose? I have also noticed that disabling audio enhancement increased the volume levels by a lot, deleting G hub also removes Logitech HX2E Surround sound from showing up in device manager, and the audio enhancement isnt available either.

I suggest that this thread be moved from Motherboards to Home Audio and Theater.

For the moment, I still believe that the problem is configuration related but not necessarily some error of omission or commission on your part.

EQ, for example, may or may not be an available option, named "differently", or appears elsewhere. Perhaps not obviously so.

Plus, the situation is more complex when working with surround sound etc..

My thought being that some audiophile may recognize the situation and offer addtional suggestions.
