Archived from groups: alt.sys.pc-clone.gateway2000 (More info?)

For some unknown reason under Documents and Settings there are several
subheadings containing identical or similar files. Is there a way to either
eliminate or consolidate these duplicate files? Right now to access a given
file I have to search through all of the subheadings, and, or all files.
