[SOLVED] Does anyone know what cable this is?

It is basically a 3 pin argb cable to a 4 pin pwm fan power cable but I can't find it when I search for it. I am trying to connect an rgb fan which only has a 4 pin male and female power cable to a 3 pin rgb case cable to use my case's built in controller. Thanks

This is the rgb fan cover: https://www.amazon.com/Phanteks-Halos-Digital-120mm-PH-FF120DRGBA_BK01/dp/B07BGYKD78/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=rgb+fan+cover&qid=1629778234&sr=8-3&th=1

And this is the kind of cable I want to connect it to: https://www.amazon.com/MICRO-CONNECTORS-3-Pin-Addressable-Splitter/dp/B07Z122WPT/ref=sr_1_6?dchild=1&keywords=3+pin+argb&qid=1629779170&sr=8-6

I don't see how this cable in the image could help anyone with a basic aRGB fan.
there would be no LED color control through a fan header and vice versa.

if you have a basic aRGB fan it needs a 3-pin aRGB header for LED control AND a 4-pin PWM fan header for motor/RPM control.

I believe the term is PWM cable. And im not to sure you can connect 4 pin male to 3 pin female if that's what you were wondering. You probably could but lose out on fan monitoring. If you're using a typical rgb fan, youll need both pwm cables and specific argb cables (usually come with the fan). having multiple would require a fan hub.

The fan I'm using is linked above (phanteks halo cover). I remember being able to connect it to the jrgb 4 pin connector on my motherboard but it was very loose. My case has a 3 pin argb female that I was wondering if I could somehow connect it to that but it seems like it won't work.

Ok thanks for the input, I think I have a better understanding of how each cable works. I think I'll try connecting it the the motherboard instead with a 4pin splitter for a more snug fit instead of to the 3 pin argb to the controller.
