I have a Ryzen 5 3400G paired with an AsRock Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4. I am looking to buy a High-End GPU for Gaming/Work purposes. I checked on the internet and found that this motherboard has PCIe Gen3, but most RTX 3060/3060ti I found supports PCIe Gen 4. I also heard that PCIe is backward-compatible too.

So, I am pretty confused about this. If someone helps, It would mean a lot! If the Motherboard doesn't support this GPU, then what's the best GPU I can get that supports my Motherboard under $400-$500? I can upgrade the Motherboard to a much recent one, but that would be outta my budget at this point! So, please suggest me :')

You will not run into issues plugging that Gen 4 card into the Gen 3 mobo. It is still rather "in the air" the benefit of the increased bus speed.

That is a darn decent board. I liked them enough to have purchased two of them over the years (in the mITX size)
