Does i7 7700k fit?

I decided to upgrade my
Pentium cpu to an i7, but
Unfortunately it doesn’t fit the cpu protector says 115x and the i7 need an 1151 can I get an cpu of equal power that fits or get an new motherboard?

Nvm it’s a 1150 slot
