[SOLVED] Does my motherboard support RX 570?

I have a Foxconn H61MX Motherboard, does this motherboard supports the RX 570 GPU?

it should since it has a pcie2 x16 slot.
You need to make sure your power supply has the (probably an 8pin) pcie power cable to run it.
You'll need about a 450w PSU or more depending on how good a PSU you have.

You probably going to have to update your BIOS to a UEFI version to support the video card, unless it's already been updated.

It does have a 6 pin PCIe power but it doesn't have 8pin power for the GPU

That may cause problemes, get a psu with a 8 pin connector

Just use an an adapter 6 pin to 8 pin will be fine with a 750 watt psu

I dont want to sound like a old man, but when you want to use adapter cables for a bit of current, dont. Get the right tool for the right job. To much power thru too little cable, smoke, fire. Dead pc
