cpu: i5-6600k

power supply: corsair pro series 1050w

Solution
if you can get it functioning correctly for a moment;

make sure you have all the latest system updates installed;
latest BIOS version, and all of the latest motherboard system drivers.

what usually causes it is lack of the correct drivers, Windows corruption, or motherboard failure.

i'll check the bios later, since yesterday it's workinng fine, without error, i'll really scary that the problem be the mobo or gpu, thanks for the help`. do you recomend reinstall windows and drivers?

it may also be a good idea to start with a fresh install of the latest version of Windows available. if it is some type of OS corruption that would solve it and conflicts with certain hardware are usually addressed with each new version.
