Question Does the 4070 FE's geforce logo just not light up?

I recently purchased a 4070 FE and while I fully expected there to not be RGB lighting, I atleast expected the logo to light up white. I understand its a mid range card but the last mid range card I owned, which was a 1070 lit up green like every other founders edition in that lineup. I cant find any documentation on those so ive come to the conclusion that either it just doesnt have that feature or its not working for me.
