[SOLVED] Does the MSI B360M Gaming Plus DDR4 LGA1151 motherboard compatible to my build?

Hi, this is my first build and i want to see if all parts are compatible with the MSI B360M Gaming Plus DDR4 LGA1151. I mainly want to video edit, photoshop and play games with this build. I don't want to waste money on components that i will not use and at the same time build an affordable mid range pc.
Build as follows:

Motherboard: MSI B360M Gaming Plus DDR4 LGA1151
CPU: i7-8700(if the budget allows) or i5-8400
RAM: HyperX Fury 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2666 RAM (x2)
Storage: Seagate 2TB ST2000NM0033 / ST2000NM0055 Constellation ES.3 HDD
PSU: i am aiming for 500W is it enough?
GPU: ZOTAC GeForce® GTX 1050 Ti Low Profile or mini
OS: Windows 10 Home 64 bit

I have 3 questions:
1- on the specs page they say that USB 3 has 2 ports and USB 2 has 4 ports Photo i only see 1 USB 3 and 2 USB 2?
2- can i connect 2 SYS fans?
3- can this build run without gpu (on board memory)

I'am very excited for my first build so i don't want to miss anything important.

1) Specification reads ...available through the internal USB connectors and not ...USB 3 has 2 ports and USB 2 has 4 ports.

The internal USB connectors are "headers" that connect to cables that connect to two USB 3.1 ports and to cables that connect to four USB 2.0 ports.

thank you for the reply i was wondering if the usb connectors was available so i can connect them to my case and you cleared that out thank you and also is this build good or needs more tweaking?
