Since MS isn't going to support that CPU, at least not right now. You and millions of users on socket 1155 platforms are out of luck as far as Win 11. It doesn't matter if you have TPM on it or not.
Keep in mind that Win 10 is still good for 3+ years yet, and some things might change.

Those restrictions are artificial, they are all easily circumvented, numerous examples show W11 working fine on those "unsupported" platforms.
 
That's all fine, but the majority of users(millions) won't be looking for ways to circumvent the officially supported product.
It is still a lot of fretting over something that won't even be a thing until the end of this year. MS might even change the requirement.
