Question doest detect gpu usage

so i just built a new pc 3060 and 5600 and for some games such as, COD and overwatch when i open task manger my gpu usage does not seem to be affected by the game/ isnt being used more than 5%. how do i fix this? im not sure where to even start

Board Gigbyte b450 DS3H wifi
16gb 3200mz ram dual channel
idk power supply and im sure case doesnt matter
windows 10 64 bit opertaing system

so they play obviosuly its a decent pc, i just want to see usage so i can tune the settings of the game and decide if i wanna upgrade my monitor

Use MSI Afterburner for in game overlay

thanks, i cpuld not find any good progtams for that
