Dont know if this laptop im buying can run games

So im planning on buying this Alienware 15 laptop (used) it has an i7-4720HQ 2.60Ghz CPU a GTX 970M 3gb GPU, 8Gbs of ram and a 500gb hdd. Planning on gettting a SSD for it. Can this Laptop run games like Fortnite and if so at what settings and how many frames. I would really appreciate the help. Thank You

Assuming it is free of dust and well-maintained, you can expect similar performance to a budget gaming rig equipped with a GTX 1050 Ti. In Fortnite you will probably be able to get 60FPS at medium (medium-low?) settings @1080p.
